Australia’s smartest brokers will battle for just six final spots for BrokerIQ this week – the new industry quiz that will find Australia’s brightest broker.
From round one’s 1,000 participants, just 50 brokers have made the grade for round two. The second round of BrokerIQ, which kicked off this week, consists of 30 multiple choice questions.
St George Bank’s general manager of intermediary distribution Steven Heavy said round two will prove a tougher challenge for the 50 brokers.
“We were looking to have a bit of fun with the first round and we’ve done just that with 1,000 brokers trying their hand, but this is where the quiz starts to get serious.
“There’s a big cash prize up for grabs and brokers that are to progress to the finals will have to be on the ball.
“We’re getting to the business end of BrokerIQ and it will be interesting to see who can keep a cool head under pressure,” he said.
Just six brokers will go through to the final round to compete live for the $10,000 cash prize as the opener for The Adviser’s Australian Broking Awards on July 15.
Tables for the Australian Broking Awards, held at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney, are filling fast and are strictly limited. Click here to secure your place today.
